excellent freshman year 8/29/14

The first thing I would do to ensure a successful freshman year is staying organized. By keeping all papers filed away by subject, it is easy to find one single paper out of hundreds in just seconds. The second thing  I plan on doing is writing homework down in a planner or on a sheet of paper and pulling it out at dismissal so it is easy to know what you need to take home. I also plan on doing assignments before they are forgotten. I also plan on keeping a schedule of what evenings will be busier than others so I can do as much homework as I can the night before it is assigned. The final, fifth thing i would do to ensure a an excellent year as a freshman would be to make sure you know who is in each of your classes, so if the planner idea fails because you forgot to write something down, you can ask a friend in that class.

My First Day of School

My first day of school was pretty interesting. It started off in  English class. We began to write essays based on our summer reading books. In advisory picked I up my cross country uniform. In Human Geography,  I began to figure out how everything worked with the help of other classmates. After that class I was more relaxed about my first day because I got to meet new people.  Intro to drawing was fun.  The group conversation we had at the beginning as very interesting. During the second half of that class, we drew sketches of our hand. While I ate my lunch, I enjoyed taking the  break with the people I've known a while. I was also glad to be given the chance to get started on my homework.
